Jim Bricker

Senior Pastor


As the Senior Pastor of VCC, Jim provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for the church as a whole. Following a vision God gave him for a church where anyone can belong, he, his wife Kristy, and a handful of people launched Vineyard Community Church in 1993.

Executive Pastor


Jonathan is passionate about exploring new ideas and finding practical ways to leverage them for the Church. He leads the church in strategic ways to create engaging environments where people can connect with each other and grow closer to Christ.

Chris Clay

Administrative Pastor


Chris oversees our campus operations. He oversees the support staff and the administrative side of VCC. He has helped pioneer the use of technology and communications so that we can make an impact on our community and love all people into a growing relationship with Jesus.

Spiritual Growth Pastor


Jeanne is responsible for the team and cultural development at VCC and helps shape the overall direction of spiritual growth and key leadership of the church, including LifeGroups, classes, and the culture of the kids & students departments.

Worship Pastor

Clay oversees the culture of worship at VCC. He helps to shape the overall direction of worship at the church, through deeper encounters with God through to singing, music, and the arts.
